The bag came so well packaged and protected. Everything was wrapped including the wheels to protect it. It is high quality sturdy material. It is a beautiful design and lots of space. Perfect!!

What I dislike about the bag is the handle only come this far and and you have to hit it really hard to make it go down i had the bag for a year and 3 months and now the handle is not working and it is very irritating i use the bag for work at the airport. Other than that is is a good bag you can fit a lot of stuff in the bag after a year the handle is tearing

One wheel already fell off. Seriously bummed. So I can only carry it..
