So happy to find this in capsule form. No more chalky drinks. DE is great for bone health, hair, skin and nails

I’m going back on DE to help control my cholesterol. Taking it in capsule form makes it so easy! These were delivered super fast and seem to be a very good product so far.

I have just started using this, maybe a week now. I read that it usually takes about 2 weeks to notice any benefits. Will hope i feel stronger bo es, joints and hair in a few weeks.

I take it nightly. Supposedly good for bones and blood. I'm looking to read up on it more.

update: I believe taking DE at the same time as my regular prescription meds may have prevented me from absorbing the medications at their full dose. The difficulty might be prevented by taking DE a few hours before or after other medications, but, as with anything, use at your own risk.It could be a 5-star product, but I've only been using it a short time for lowering cholesterol, and I haven't had my levels rechecked yet. It makes taking DE a far more simple step in my day than using the powder form.

I've noticed that my hair seems to be getting thicker since starting the product. I highly recommend it.
