Perfect for using between cake tiers as a base for a single cake. Bleached white one side with a grease proof finish. The edges are smooth and don’t have any nicks in them. The top has a high white finish and the bottom is craft. NOTE: General rule, for fruit cakes you should use a board 3 inches larger than the cake and 2 inches larger for sponge cakes.

It is not very sturdy. I bought different sizes and all are the same. If held incorrectly the board will bend with cake on it.

Good for the cheesecakes I baked in my 6-quart Instant Pot Duo. They make it look more presentable before serving. They can also be used more than once if you tape some tinfoil around them (provided the foil and cardboard doesn’t get ruined by the knife while serving).
