Works wonders!
This stuff is amazing, I was having dry areas around my nose due to cpap mask. After the first night I used this I could tell a difference. It doesn’t require much which makes the product last longer. Definitely worth getting!

Face-saver
The best thing I have found for keeping your skin on-point as a CPAP user. I started getting the flaky skin look in my mask area and used this and it moisturized my skin to where the flaking was almost gone after 2 uses. Maintain your skincare and slather this where the mask touches your face. You'll wake up happy!

fantastic and works
I was skeptical of this lotion since it is very expensive per ounce, but after using it as a sampler (or something very similar by the same manufacturer) given with my CPAP machine, I was hooked from day one. It is not greasy and helped clear up chafing and dryness in a matter of days. I use only a small amount at a time, so even though the oz is small in this container, it will last a long time.

Great barrier cream
I purchased the cream because I have sensitive thin skin that was getting irritated and staying pink all the time on the bridge of my nose. Initially, I was not impressed with the product. It was not reducing the pink irritation on the bridge of my nose from the CPAP cushion. I stopped using it. Then realized by rubbing the cream in it only created a thin barrier. Now, what I do is dab the cream over the area and leave the wet cream to air dry, so it is a thicker barrier. It works beautifully no more pink irritated skin on the bridge of my nose. Apply in this way and you will have a durable barrier for whatever skin irritation you are having. The cream is non-scented. It’s only takes a small amount of cream to build up a thicker barrier, so the product still goes along way even though it’s a very small tube. The tube does tend to squirt out more product than necessary, so I do not lay the tube down on it’s side or stand it up on the cap end. Instead I keep the capped end up and carefully squeeze the tube. I highly recommend it.

smells awful, but works
This stuff smells like they packed a wet emu in the tube, but it works for dry and chapping skin. It's not a lotion you put on before you go out that's for sure.

no matter what lotion I used (including my favorite Shea Butter)
I have been using a CPAP machine with the nasal pillow for just over a year now. Ever since, my nose has been covered with dry, flaky skin that I can't seem to get rid of, no matter what lotion I used (including my favorite Shea Butter). One night using this product, I woke up to no dry skin. Yes, there is a faint scent to it, for me it is not that strong therefore does not bother me. However, I do not have a sensitivity to smells. A little product goes a long way - just a dot (not even the size of a pea) is more than enough. There didn't seem to be any difference in how the nasal pillows fit; neither better or worse, for me it was just the same. Ingredients are as follows: Aloe Bardadensis Leaf Extract, Water, Glycerin, Argania Spinosa Kernel Oil, Emu Oil, Dea Oleth-3 Phosphate, Dimethicone, Carbomer, Sodium Stearoly Lactylate, Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E), Retinyl Palmitate (Vitamin A), Allantoin, Panthenol, Phenoxylglycerin, Triethanolamine, Fragrance

It WORKS!
I have struggled for years with irritated, and sometimes chapped skin below my nose from a CPAP mask. I ordered this product as a last resort before seeing the Dr. about it. My skin showed improvement by day two. It is used a couple times a day since the winter air is very dry. While it is a small tube just a tiny dot is all that is needed. The expiration date is 10 months away, which should be ok with regular use.

If you use a CPAP machine this is an absolute must have
I have been a martyr to sensitive skin all of my life and having had to use a CPAP machine for the last eight years made the skin problems worse. I have tried various prescriptions from my dermatologist, over-the-counter creams including homeopathic and nothing really helped. I ordered this product not really expecting much and was totally surprised. This really helped my skin problems, dryness, chafing and irritation all greatly improved in less than a week. I only wish I had discovered this product years ago. I would recommend this to anyone who uses a CPAP machine. Some respondents say it has an unpleasant smell. Fortunately I have a poor sense of smell and not been aware of this. But even if I had I would still buy it for the benefits of this cream are terrific.
