very soft, passed the burn test (with several loose fibers) and is soft and light. I would suggest sizing up if you are larger than a size small. I wear a 12. usually have medium shirt and large bottom. I ordered an x-large in this pajama. I wanted to give a reference for all the ladies that are not a double zero.

I like these pajamas. They are a good value, decent quality, and wash well. The sizing is generous, which I appreciate in pajamas. I’m deducting a star because the elastic isn’t sewn into the silk of the waistband. The elastic moves, twists, rolls, folds, and is just generally annoying. Hopefully the manufacturer will fix this issue with the waistband in the future.

I went to look for anything that's made of silk from pillowcases to pajamas and they fit me nice. Red is my favorite color. I thought pajamas would be cheaper than to get silk bedding which is over $150 or more. I wouldn't want to wear any set of pajamas or t shirts. Plus silk is also known for bringing down hot flashes during menopause (though I'm not the age to be at that point yet. But I'm researching a lot about it.) My hair will get longer anytime soon and I want to prevent the damage from hair rubbing on my clothes made of cotton or linen.

I was expecting pure silk, but the product was a silk sateen and didn't feel like 100% silk.The fit was larger than expected.I returned the item.
