These are very good quality. Much easier to use than the little cheap ones. Heavier gauge, flexible, and the insulated clip doesn't slip. I've also sent them to friends because they had the cheap ones. Surprise gift just shows up at their garage. I have two sets. One for shop, one for trail.

I work in a Tech area with two Techs other than myself. We were always getting our test leads mixed up.I got these leads initially because they don't look like all the others.They are so much better than the usual leads. Larger clips, heavier wire, and they are already soldered.Trouble is, the other two Techs like them so much they may be ordering some for themselves!If I had to voice a complaint, it might be that I think I could have done a neater job soldering the wires to the clips.However, they are completely serviceable as they are. I plan to buy another set so I'll have two of each color.

The problem with these is that are so stiff and sharp that they penetrate the insulation of the wires. They work excellently but you can not hook them to an insulated wire when u want to grab onto something or else it will short circuit. So you have to leave them carefully dangling or onto a bigger wire with a thick insulator. But they definitely grab stuff better so they make the job much easier for me. I love em.

Mine were soldered to varying degree of solder. One end on one connector was corroded from flux. All others were clean. Some where dry or just tinned. Still not a bad set and the quality/awg of the wire on mine is fine. I would purchase again.

These were much better leads than I expected for the money. The clips make solid connections with good continuity. I use them when discharging CRT monitors, where I could potentially be exposed to hundreds of even thousands of volts of electricity, and I have every reason to believe they're giving me a complete connection between the anode and ground even with me moving the screwdriver all over the place. I check the continuity throughout the process and it's always good.I love having a variety of colors on hand too.

I bought them and cut off the alligator leads with about 10" of the wire on them to solder into my DIY HVAC jump box.I use these several times every week to connect to terminal connections.The alligator leads open enough all while not being too bulky on my jump box.I have the other half of the leads for when I need to repair my jump box but so far I'm several months into using them and none have broken.

Major problem, the banana end is made slightly oversize and WILL NOT FIT some binding posts, namely the ones on my Keysight 34401A! This is a deal killer and sadly, these will be going back. I'll be purchasing a set of Pomona jumpers.

love the different colors. nice clamps, flexible cables. they work really well for me. i bought smaller (1/4 in alligator style) cheaper ones and they just rolled in the plastic coverings. that made them difficult for me to open and attach. this design has no such cover to roll. the spring pressure is good, holds on well. this is important if you have to climb a ladder to attach and re-climb if they pull loose. very professional grade imho.
