Excellent quality for the price!
I’m very impressed with these Phenyx Pro wireless microphones. The sound quality is clear and powerful, the microphones feel solid in the hand, and the wireless range has been excellent so far. The setup was very easy, and having two microphones makes them perfect for karaoke, parties, DJ events, and announcements. I compared them with more expensive options, and for the price, these are an excellent value. Very happy with my purchase. Definitely recommended! 🔥🎤

So great! The clarity, durability and tone make this system easily worth the money
I bought this after doing a lot of research and realized that after reading so many amazing reviews, I had to at least give it a try. It really worked great for several events that I had; two karaoke shows and a wedding. The mics were almost as good as my Sure Mics (danged close). I highly recommend this system. The sound was amazing, the distance that you can actually move away from the system is wild. There are times when you can actually get a really good deal on something, as far as being inexpensive and being a great product and this is definitely one of them.

Very good, would buy again
Easy set up. Good quality, well constructed. Sounds great. The 2 mics can be hooked up with separate channel for each using XLR cables only. The 1/4" output let's you run both mics simultaneously into 1 channel. The only thing I'm not thrilled about is the rubber power button. That was the first thing to fall apart on my previous mics, different brands. Also, the power on lights turn off after a couple seconds. Wish it would just stay on all the time. Hard to tell if it's already on. If your not sure of the status, you'll press the button and possibly mute it, or turn it off. It sort of hard to tell what it's status is when pressing the button. The lights just flash momentarily. But overall very good value, would buy again. I'd guess that you get 90% of the performance of top brands at a forth of the cost.

Great budget option for light use
For the price, It is hard to beat the PTU-71. I've been using this system for nearly three years without a single issue. The Microphones The mics are clad in metal, so they have a good hand feel, but I think it is only a thin sheet around a plastic structure. The mics have survived several drops without anything breaking. While they would not hold up to the rigors of a touring band, they are more than good enough for meetings, church, weddings, etc. They sound decent and are easy to operate. Batteries are freshly recharged before each use, so I can't comment on battery life. I've never had one die on me, though. The Receiver The receiver is a small metal (I like that) box with a plastic front panel. It's light weight, but it doesn't feel cheap. The mic level knobs have detents to prevent accidental level adjustments. The display is clear, bright, and easy to read. There are only a few buttons on the unit which are laid out logically. Changing frequency and syncing the mics is straightforward. The removable antennas are a nice touch. A main selling point for me was the dual XLR outputs. There is a TRS output for combined output, but I've never used it other than to make sure it works. Overall For the price this system is hard to beat. I've never had interference issues that weren't solved by a quick freq change, and the mics hold up to the occasional "oops" (at least, they have for me). I've not checked the max range, with most of my use being no more than 50 feet between Tx and Rx.

Great unit and a fan of this product…but…
I gave him this item a 5 for the following reason: 1. I ordered it Sunday and delivered the next day and in under 24 hours. That’s amazing. 2. I opened the box and the microphones and receiver were packed really good. It was neat. 3. I set up the mic, receiver and plugged them in to my Yamaha mixer and I have a Bose L1 speaker. I tested them and it sounded amazing and really professional quality. No drop outs, clipping etc. I love this set. I bought because my older ones are acting up so I decided to look for another brand and picked Phenyx Pro because of their reviews. The only thing that I didn’t like is the low frequency humming, sound like a ground hum. Not noticeable when playing music or someone talking on it. But when no one is talking, anyone that understands audio will notice it. So I started trouble shooting it. I unplug the receiver’s small power supply and use my older mic receiver’s power supply since they have the same output voltage. When I turned the Phenyx receiver back on the humming went away, and sounded very quiet. That’s when I started testing the quality of the microphones. So I called Amazon and they will send me another unit to check if power supply will be good on that one. And also, if that fix the issue I will leave it on 5 star because Amazon rep was incredibly helpful when I contacted them last night.

Great sound quality
recently purchased the Phenyx Pro PTU-71-2H Dual Wireless Microphone System, and I’m honestly very impressed with its performance and reliability. Right out of the box, setup was quick and straightforward, thanks to the auto-scan feature that easily finds clear frequencies without any interference. The sound quality is excellent—clear, crisp vocals with great range and minimal noise. Both handheld microphones feel solid and comfortable to use, and they hold up well during long sessions whether for karaoke, church, or live events. The 328 ft range is no joke—I was able to move freely without worrying about signal dropouts, which is a huge plus for live performances. The dual mic system is perfect for duets, presentations, or group settings, making it very versatile. Overall, this system delivers professional-level quality at a very reasonable price. If you’re looking for dependable wireless microphones that sound great and are easy to use, this is a fantastic choice. Highly recommended!

PTU-71 Product Review
Upon receipt of the microphones, I unboxed them and found them to be made of metal construction, not cheap plastic that would fall apart in your hands. The reciever is constructed from metal as well, and is sturdy enough to stand up to the rigors of road use. I have the PTU-5000 wireless microphone set and have certainly not been disappointed in the performance of those microphones, reliable and rugged are the words that I would use to describe it. This is the first of a two part review that I'll be writing. The first part of the review is the initial Pros and Cons of the unit as I have not had an opportunity to use the system live as of yet. Pros: All metal construction and ease of setup are essential if your going to be on the road with this system, and this is where the product really excels. If your going to use a rack drawer to store the system when not in use, I recommend using the foam that in inside the packaging as all of the parts have thier place and there is no need to custom make the foam in the drawer. Comfort: If your a vocalist that does not play an instrument, the michrophon is comfortable to hold, not too big around so as to make your hands start to cramp at the end of the night. Customer Service: This above all else exceeds ones expactations!! Email response is very fast and Phynex stands behind the quality of their products and is quite efficient in making right any defect or flaw that may arise while using thier products. Price: Don't let the price of this system fool you, it is well worth the investment. Where else are going to find great customer service, a great system, and one that is rugged enough to stand up to the rigors of road work for this price? I dare you to do better! I did a lot of research, as I normally do, when searching for replacement gear or anything that I use for performing as that is how I make my living. I haven't found another system in the price range that accomplishes what the PTU-71 does. Cons: This may or may not be a con, depending on how to use the system. The system is not rackmountable as it has no ears to mount it. There is however a work around. It can be mounted on a Raxxess shelf that has the slots in the bottom to accomodate zip ties. The way I would recommend mounting it is by using velcro on the shelf and on the reciever, then placing two zip ties going across the front, then two on the sides. This way the reciever is not suseptable to movement or damage. At this time, there are no other cons that I can see or foresee. This is only the inital part of the reveiw and once I am able to use the system, I'll continue the review from there. I used these at a show last night and they performed every bit as well as the PTU-5000 set that I have. The only other thing that may be considered a con is the placement of the on/off button. If your a vocalist that holds the mic, it's possible that the mic could be cut off accidentally. If you use mic stands like we do, it's not a concern at all. If all you need it two mics, this is absolutely the way to go. I noticed very little differences in comparison to the PTU-5000. Another pro about this unit is the ease of set up. It took all of 3 minutes to set it up and have it operational, You couldn't ask for an easier set up and tear down of a unit than that. I opted to mount mine in a rack so it's very easy transport Overall, I would say that this system is just as good if not better than the higher dollar systems. I definitely recommend this system to anyone that is looking for high quality and performance at an extremely affordable price. Keep up the great work Phenyx!!

Price is right for the result - good mic system
Very good build quality for price point, feels very solid. Battery life is strong also. Range appears to be as advertised and the auto scan and sync work well. I would really give 4.8 out of 5, as only gripe is the mute function is a little tricky on the mic to get to work consistently - the button press has to be just right.

Nice Wireless microphone and Recommended product
First of all, looks good and looks professional. Secondly, it is very easy to set up using it's IR for the frequency you want and most of all, it's sound is beautiful and clean, especially when it is in the right EQ settings. Third, it's price is lower compared to Shure, a well know brand in the music industry... For me I recommend this brand more than the PTU-71 that I have...maybe next time I will buy it again or maybe the PTU-7000... Thank you very much Phenyx Pro and I did not make a mistake in my choice.
