Timex Weekender Unisex-Adult Quartz Watch, Chronograph Display and Leather Strap

Pleasantly surprised by this watch. I have a number of other including a Tissot and Christopher Ward Moonphase. I wanted something for everyday use and this fits the bill nicely. Easy to read and set up , the indiglo light is functional . The chronometer dials are ok but to be honest I’ve never really had to use them on any watch before in anger. Date window a bit small for old eyes. For the price I have no complaints .

Good looking watch that feels comfortable on the wrist. I like the nylon strap which allows the buckle to be moved to suit the individual. I've had a few of these Timex Indiglo watches in order to be able to tell the time at night and so I knew how clear they can be. However! I do find the hands difficult to see even by daylight and at night I find it even more difficult to simply glance at the face and tell the time. I wish the hands were a contrasting colour (black?). Apart from that, it's a lovely watch.

Came from Watches2U. Defective. Indiglo backlight had dark patch. Look out for this. Also not convinced the one I received was new. Chrono had been running for some time. Had to do complete reset after finding manual on web (nothing in the box.....) Possibly a return and re-shipped?

Had it one week when amazon prompted me to share my opinion. I like it. Not the most rugged watch, but it looks nice enough and should fare well for an office worker like me who's not likely to get it soaked at bump it (too much). The strap feels a bit thin and won't last too long, but it tends to live on a different - nylon - strap anyway so that's not a huge issue for me. All in all, a nice everyday watch, It has Indiglo, which is nice, strap could be better but can be replaced for less than £10 with huge variety, Not hugely waterproof or super rugged but that's what G-Shocks are for :) Nice watch over all and will still probably buy a Polished one too eventually.

Lovely watch and I'm delighted with it. I would have given it five stars, but the watch arrived without a user guide or an internet link to download one. The watch is not even mentioned on the Timex web-site. Customer services eventually furnished me with the appropriate pdf along with a curt and non apologetic email.

Arrived in allotted time slot and watch is attractive, as expected, if a litte thick on the wrist. Strap is soft leather but marks easily and less than a week in is showing signs of wear from buckle - will be interesting to see how it lasts.Most disappointing is the minute hand in chronograph is not aligned to '12 o'clock' at rest - so contemplating returning it.

Simplicity and sophistication all rolled up in one affordable package. Got it as a gift from my teen daughter who treasures it.
