Stuck! Fish Bath Plug

I bought this to be an entertaining way to keep water from seeping out of the bath for my little one. I tried it out myself before I "debuted" the fun so that if it didn't work, I wouldn't be the bad guy and have to return it. It totally works. It seemed light-weight and I didn't believe that it would do the job, but no water drained out from the tub. The only thing I would say is an issue, but I won't deduct a star for it because you can tell that just by looking at it, is it can be kicked away from the drain hole and it can be misconstrued as yet another bath toy instead of a functioning plug. It looked more red in the pic, but it is definitely orange. Either way, very cute...works well. It is another piece of whimsy in the bathroom for bath-time that helps make bathing fun.

I bought this to replace a slightly-too-small bath tub stopper I'd been wrestling with for years. The diameter of my tub drain is just a smidge over an inch and a half, and this stopper fits perfectly. It forms a tight seal and, unlike my previous basic model, doesn't need to be held in place while the bathtub fills - the running water holds it in place for you. As far as I can tell, no water escaped during use. The plug does stick up kind of high, so you have to be careful not to kick it over in the bath, but that's a small inconvenience compared to how cute this thing is.The only disappointing aspect of this product for me is that it was made in China. "But isn't everything made in China these days?" you say. Well, pretty much yes, but China is notorious for having toxic metals and other nasty chemicals in its products at unsafe levels. Maybe with some items it's not as big a deal, but since this item steeps in hot water (which leeches chemicals) and you steep in that same water, it's just something to consider.All in all, though, I'm happy with this purchase.

My daughter loves this! We bought it when she outgrew her baby tub and transitioned into the real bathtub. We did have to teach her that if she pulls the fish's tail the water goes away. But over all this is very sturdy, plugs any size plug nicely and is just super cute and fun.

We have an older claw foot tub and this did not seal very well. In fact, the water would drain out by the end of a bath. Returned it.

This thing came from England, so shipping may take awhile. It would fit in a smaller European tub drain, but because the plug comes with the silver plug ring, it is easily pulled up. My kid regularly kicks the plug, un-suctioning it and draining the tub. So it really isn't functional for larger American drains. I still think it is adorable though.

We love this plug! I live in an older mobile home in which everything is a custom size or just weird sized to begin with! This fish works great! Fits our weird little tub drain fine, no leaks! And it's rubbery soft so I'm not worried about my toddler hurting himself with if where to fall on it. Your kid will get a kick out of it I'm sure:)

My tub originally had a popup stopper which never worked right, leaked, and didn't pop up to drain. This product is PERFECT!!! Simply place on the drain and when you're done, move it off the drain. SIMPLE, keeps water in the tub, and let's water out when you want it to leave... matches my Hawaiian bathroom motif with a bit of whimsy.

Der Badewannenstöpsel STUCK ist wunderbar.Er sieht klasse aus und ist auch etwas für Haptiker.Hält super dicht und läßt sich duch die schöne Form auch gut wieder hochnehmen. Das Material fäßt sich gut an und lässt sich gut wieder reinigen.Bisher hatten wir immer irgendwelche regulären Badewannenstöpsel ... diese sahen nach einiger Zeit unansehnlich aus, oder liessen sich schwer aus dem Abfluss ziehen. Auch die "Befestigungen" zur Kette lösten sich schnell - alles dies kann man mit dem "STUCK" aushebeln.Dieser Stöpsel ist auch nach vielen Wannenbenutzungen immer noch schön und ansehnlich wie am ersten Tag.

Dieser Badewannen-Stöpsel ist echt lustig und hält auch relativ dicht. Allerdings benutzen wir Ihnen ausschließlich zur Deko, wenn man z.B. in der Badewanne sitzt kommt man leicht gegen Ihn und da er bei uns nur auf dem Abfluss drauf liegt ist die Gefahr zu groß das er abrutscht.Aber auf jedenfall ein Nice-To-Have!
