I kept getting blisters from a pair of flats I bought, so I tried these and they worked great! Made my flats fit a little more snug and prevented blisters.

Got these to prevent chaffing in my work flats, the work wonderful, however this was after a couple days of “breaking them in.” Unfortunately these did not work well to go in the back of heels, the cushion pad is a little thick and felt weird in heels. Just make sure when you are placing the pad that you try to get the placement right, as a couple of times of peeling them on/off to adjust decreases adhesion

I got these specifically to help with the fit of 1 pair of shoes, and these do help with that, though they aren't very comfortable for me. I think the issue is that the shoes have a low back so I can't get these in the exact spot that would be comfortable. They definitely do make the shoes fit better and stop them from sliding, it just was a bit uncomfortable especially when driving.

I bought 3 pairs of shoes in different colors. My left foot must be a tad more narrow in the heel than my right foot. I wanted to wear "invisible" socks with the shoes. With two of the pairs of shoes my left heel slipped in the shoe when I walked and the left sock would be pulled down and become uncomfortable under my heel. These liners seem to fill in the extra space so that the sock is no longer pulled down as I walk. Worth every penny and I still have two to use in other shoes should I encounter a similar problem in another pair.

I don't know WHAT they used to attach the backing to these things, but they would not come off no matter what I tried. I wrestled with them for a good 10-15 minutes before I finally had to use the tip of a kitchen knife and that pretty much destroyed them (because the backing is so thin, it was impossible to cut only that). Would never order these again. Which is too bad, because I need them. Recently lost 35 lbs. and my shoe size went down 1/2 size!!! I don't want to buy all new shoes! Ugh

These helped me so much. One of my feet is a bit smaller, so one shoe always flip flops a bit. Just put one of these heel pads in to my favorite pair, and problem solved!Very cushy and sticks well.These are much better than some I've gotten before at shoe stores

Tried them in two different shoes and they didn’t stay in place on either. Disappointed
