I felt like one of the crafters on BBC’s “The Repair Shop”!!The ear cushions were falling apart on my much loved UrbanEars Plattan ADV headphones, but they don’t sell replacements anymore. None of the newer headphones have the touch controls, so I looked for DIY options.You have to remove the existing cushions and separate the plastic ring inside. You take them off the headphones, use a small screwdriver to un-clip the top half of the plastic ring, and then again use the screwdriver to free the fabric from the lower half of the ring.Insert the old ring into the new cushions (I didn’t bother with glue), and hey presto!Just as good as new, they will last me a few more years :)

Die Ersatzpolster passen sehr gut auf meine Urbanears. Der Austausch war recht einfach. Man muss darauf achten,daß der Kunststoffring der alten Polster wieder verwendet werden muß. Die neuen Polster sind angenehm weich.

Bytte på mina lurar Plattan 2. Genom att vrida på befintliga kuddar lossnade de enkelt för byte, men jag fick dessutom lossa en liten plastring med hjälp av liten mejsel för att kunna trä på de nya. Funkade fint när jag väl fått loss ringen, trätt på de nya och klickat dit ringen igen.

Je cherchais des coussinets de remplacement pour mon casque plattan wireless adv. ils ne sont plus fabriqués par urban ears et les coussinets d’origine partaient en lambeaux. Le coloris gris clair est parfait et s’accorde avec toutes les couleurs. L’envoi a été rapide. Le produit est de qualité. Il est nécessaire de récupérer les 2 anneaux sur chaque oreillettes pour les réutiliser sur les nouveaux coussins. Cette étape n’est pas simple: il faut décliper l’anneau extérieur puis décoller l’ancien simili cuir qui est collé. Ensuite vous insérez l’anneau interne dans le nouveau coussin et vous venez clipper le deuxième anneau externe. Il n’y a plus qu’à reclipper sur chaque oreille du casque. La taille est parfaitement adaptée à ce modèle de casque. Je recommande ce produit si comme moi vous voulez remettre en état votre casque

Bra kvalitet på produkten, dessvärre var den lite ljusare än mina hörlurar men det funkar rätt bra ändå.
