It works well
The strawberry huller is just what I needed as no longer able to do it by hand , it’s easy to clean and doesn’t take up a lot of space in my drawer, it’s definitely value for money.

Make sure you are using BIG strawberries.
Well it's worth the money as long as you are using it on big big firm strawberries, otherwise there will be little or no fruit left to eat. It is easy enough to use, but arthritic fingers found it was not so easy to depress the plunger on top and the cores tend it stick inside the huller. Once you get the hang of depressing the plunger to open the bottom, pushing down into the top of the strawberry, letting go and twisting, then withdrawing from the fruit it becomes a breeze. It does get to be second nature to depress the plunger again and use the fingers on your other hand to push the stalks out and discard. If you eat tons of strawberries its worth purchasing. :)

A great little gadget!
Nothing to dislike. It does exactly what you would expect it to do & nothing to go wrong!

Too big and no grab
The mechanism must be for very large strawberries as it almost drowned my medium sized. That said when I opened it up plunged it into the strawberry and expected it to snap shut tightly and grab the hull so I could pull it out …… it simply didn’t ! It was like one of those funfair grabbers that go to grab a toy and comes away with nothing … I’ve had a huller before and it worked well but as I say …I imagine if you have strawberry’s the size of your palm it might work more effectively .
