Very yummy and was great with supplementing with meals during my surgery recovery when it was difficult for me to eat.

Tastes Great! I personally love that the values of the vitamins and minerals are all below 100% so I'm not shocking my organs into overdrive but am just supplementing the nutritional gap from not having the time to make breakfast or lunch.

Good product

I have been drinking these everyday for quite a while, and I really do like them. They are really a great meal replacement shake. They seem to be the healthiest and most nutritious ready-to-drink product that I've been able to find. They are dairy, soy, and gluten free. They are 100 % vegan and Non-GMO. They also have 18 grams of protein, which I think is great. I really do like the chocolate flavor. Kate Farms Komplete also make a vanilla and coffee flavor. I honestly don't really like the vanilla flavor and since I don't even like regular coffee, I'm asssuming I probably wouldn't like the coffee flavor either, but for me the chocolate flavor is great. When I first started drinking them a year or two ago, the texture was quite gritty, but they still had a good taste. A few months ago, they changed the formula a little, and now it has a smoother texture and not quite as gritty, and it still has the great taste. I hope that Amazon (and Amazon Sellers) continue to carry this product at a reasonable price. If so, I will definitely continue to buy it here.

These are great! My father in law is recovering from an injury and we were looking for a healthy protein shake. These are great in coffee, on cereal or by themselves! I am grateful they are not full of garbage and offer him real nutrition!

This product was recommended by my GI Nutritionist. I want to pass along that this is a wonderful product! I have tried many nutrition shakes and ended up wasting money by dumping them down the sink. They were all too sickly sweet, too chalky, too thick and so on. Long story short, I have severe medical issues that makes it very hard for me to achieve proper nutrition normally. So two of these shakes can provide me roughly 50% of my nutritional needs! I tried the chocolate and then the vanilla. I buy them both to give myself a little variety of flavors. I wished they could come out with a strawberry flavor! Anyway, if you or someone is struggling with oral nutrition and you're sick of the sickly sweetness of other shakes, then please give these a try. If you're seeing a Nutritionist, they may be able to provide you with sample cartons. At least my Nutritionist was able to do that. It allowed me to try before I had to buy it. These are somewhat expensive, but well worth it to me. I hope that this post can help someone.

I’ve tried this before at a family’s home. It tasted very good and I tolerated it well. I ordered a case and upon arrival I refrigerated a few cartons as I liked it cold. I opened and drank the first container. The flavor and taste just wasn’t like the one I previously tried. Maybe it sat on the front porch too long as it was 85-90 degrees outside. I can’t drink anymore due to bad taste and in fear of getting sick. I then went to fill out the return only to learn the item could not be returned. I’ve been a prime member for years and must say I’m very disappointed. If I were to try a different drink I would be very careful before buying. This was not a good experience for me.
