Galashield 2-Tier Dish Drying Rack with Drain Board and Cutlery Cup

This Dish Drying Rack withDrain Board &Cultery clip is fantastic. First, it is classy looking, I ‘m not embarrassed to have visitors see this Drying Rack sitting on the counter and have even had compliments. Second, it is easy to assemble, I am a senior citizen and did have to use a butter knife to ease on the three side clips but everything else went into place smoothly. Third, the top tier is stable and holds dishes securely. Fourth, the Cutlery clip is very useful having three sections and the separate knife section keeps hands safe. Fifth, the Gala company gives superior customer service, my drain board arrived with a corner broken which I reported immediately and received an answer within two hours. Received replacement drain board eight days later and this was over New Years holiday. I am so happy I am not going to take away a star for the fact that the towel bar fits loosely.

So far it is a nice dish rack. There was a piece missing when it arrived but I contacted them and they got it right out to me that week so that was nice. I haven’t really used it yet. If I find anything weird about it I will update the review. I do like the slot for the cutting board and the knife holder for sharp knives. Nice to not have to worry about anyone getting cut on them accidentally while in the rack.

The piece on the side met to be a rack for lids falls off every time you pull the lid out to put away, the tray underneath just sits there, it isnt attached so it is a pain to line up under the wires, the upper part is so small it might hold 2 coffee cups or one bowl and just makes it so nothing tall will fit on 1/3rd of the bottom of the rack. I just hate it.

It's a bit compact, so it doesn't hold a ton of dishes -- but it's perfect for small apartments like mine, where I don't have a lot of counter space.I first received one which was broken in its packaging, but the seller quickly replaced it with an intact one. It does the job well, and I'm glad I chose this dish drying rack.

BUYER BEWARE: NOT STAINLESS STEEL, like advertised. I don’t understand how sellers can get away with stuff like this. Dish rack also arrived with a broken drainboard. Was confusing to set up. Not the product I was looking for at all.

I didn't go wrong with this buy. I have a small kitchen counter and this is perfect to hold my dishes, glasses and flatware. It's very easy to clean. It was a little challenging to put together but my college daughter figured it out and to my surprise it's sturdy and looks good.

Looks ok size is what I wanted... but there is no drainage side the plastic is lipped all around... meaning the tray has to be cleaned constantly or there will be a slimy film ... but overall I like it... I just don't understand why something so simple is overlooked...

I being looking for something to not get rusty after a while and more space for the counter, when I receive I was so excited and happy I put it together, when I did my dishes I was shocked how much stuff can fit, I want to thank galashield for the amazing design, I recommend it for everybody, I wish I can put 1000 stars you deserve it :)
