Keeper 04529 3-3/8" Surface Mount Hardware Anchor Ring

Used this to hang my suspension trainer from the ceiling in the garage as I didn't want to spend $$$ on an "official mount". Mounted it to a 2x6" that was mounted to the ceiling joists - this thing works perfect! Definitely Heavy Duty.

Bought this item to prepare the hurricane season, do the job. The question is when is the rust will appear?

Used this to hold a hanging rattan chair from the ceiling at one of my apartment buildings. Very strong. Worked out great.

I used this to hang my rip:60 in my basement. It's sturdy and it holds my rip:60 perfectly. Just had to go get a couple of bolts from a local store.

Used this with 2 3/8" lag bolts into the overhead joists as an overhead anchor in my garage for a TRX type suspension trainer. Works great! I am 260lbs and I feel completely safe using this. Make sure to pre-drill the right size pilot holes (15/64") and you should have no issues. My garage also has sheetrock ceiling and there have been no issues. Very cheap option as opposed to the TRX anchors that run $30+.
