LED Monster Newest 12-24V Super Bright Low Power 3157 LED Bulb 3057 4157 with Projector Replacement for Back Up Reverse Lights or Tail Brake Lights, Xenon White 6500K

So, we now live in an area without street lighting and rely on the back-up lights to see what's behind our truck at night. The light from the stock halogen back-up bulbs on our Dodge Ram 2300 were paltry and pitiful. These (3157) LED bulbs are a low-cost improvement over the useless halogen back-up bulbs.These LED bulbs don't produce a weird cast pattern from our Dodge Ram 2300; no issues with dark spots, etc.The 1200 lumen output seems accurate, I also installed 1200 lumen LED bulbs from another brand on my hatchback and in comparison the light output from both vehicles is nearly identical. I say "nearly" only because my hatchback reverse lights are a wee-bit brighter, but this is due to the truck having 'pixelated' bulb covers, in contrast, my hatchback has clear covers.I can't comment on durability yet, but I will update if these bulbs fail sooner than expected.

Installed into a Jeep Wrangler. Only slightly brighter than the stock incandescent bulbs. It's saving grace is the color of it's light. Nice design, fit perfect, and plenty of LEDs - maybe it just doesn't work to it's capabilities in my application.

I've installed this same bulb now in 3 of our family's vehicles. '98 Jeep Cherokee, '02 Ford E-350, and '05 Ford Excursion. The light output is outstanding compared to stock halogen bulbs, and the quality is top notch. I highly recommend these to anyone trying to be able to see better at night when reversing.

These are definitely bright. I replaced the standard backup light bulbs with these LED bulbs in my 2006 Chevrolet pick up and what a difference there was in the brightness! I couldn't be any happier with this purchase.

As of right now nothing is burnt out like the marker lights I got from another company. These are holding up well from what i see. So are the others i bought from this company. So far i would recommend them.

My original brake lights had not been defective before I purchased this product. I'd be having difficulty in seeing the road while reversing so I thought it would be a good idea to buy this. It turned out to be a good buy. These lights illuminated the path more than a dozen times. It is like someone is using flashlight from behind. My wife doesn't even have to go down the car to guide me while reversing. Count me as a very satisfied customer.
