I was a little skeptical of these as I've only ever used traditional screw dumbbells, and there wasn't many reviews to go from on here, but can safely say I'm happy. In terms how quick it is to change them... technically it's not really any quicker as it's still a screw system, and there's not really any difference in terms of slotting a weight on, and putting the weight on via the hole in the middle... BUT, I'd still say it's more convenient as all the weights are 2.5kg each so it's easy to pick up a bunch in one go and put them all on at once, so I guess up to a certain extent it can save time... If there's a rack that goes with these then I could definitely see these benefiting you saving time.One thing I was worried about was the weights falling on me as it's essentially friction holding them in place, but noticed that each weight has a little dimple so the weights all slot together slightly (and into the metal plate of the dumbbell itself), so there really isn't any way of them coming off unless you put the weight on the wrong way round, or don't tighten it enough (you learn quickly that this results in pain so is easy to remember to check them after just one time of a weight falling on your foot)I'm happy with them, and spent so long shopping around and these seem to be the cheapest highest quality quick change dumbbells around so would recommend them. If you've got a bigger budget though, I would definitely look into powerblocks as I think these genuinely would save a lot of time (I haven't used them but it seems logical and will be my next purchase when I'm rich).

Amazing product! The bar is pretty much the same as you get in the gym but this one you can take apart and store away. This would also be helpful if you needed to move house, very easy to take with you. Even though you can take the bar apart it still feels sturdy. The weights are very good and are set at a very reasonable price. The delivery was quick so the seller must have sent them asap. The weight might be a little light so I recommend just buying extra as there is plenty of room on the bar for more weights! Thank you!

Recieved this item after the due date about a week,But no problem with the dumbbells easy to change and nicely madethe plates remove easily and the design is fine a little bit expensive but am well pleased with them.

Superb Dumbbells. Easily worth £200!Absolutely solid, no loose or rattling weights. Just like a commercial set of weights.I also like the handles as they are nice and chunky. They feel good to hold unlike my old bowflex 1090s.Everything about these dumbbells is spot on, I can't think of any way to improve them.In my opinion they are an essential purchase for anyone who trains at home and takes it seriously. I have this set AND the bigger set!

Fantastic adjustable dumbbells... i didnt have much room so decided to purchase the adjustable type of dumbbell. I have to say it was well worth it. easy to adjust and very good quality. Very happy!!!
