Arrived in beautiful and healthy condition. I did make one mistake when I unboxed this plant, in that I immediately and instinctively opened the cork in the bottle, which I forgot that you are not supposed to do. I reached out to the seller right away, fortunately, who told me that it should be okay so long as I put the cork back in to seal the mini terrarium back up, but they will send me another plant if I end up with mold or any other issues as a result. This plant is having some condensation I notice, so fingers crossed but either way, the seller gave me great confidence in the product and that they stand behind their plants! Also, this particular terrarium set up came with a tiny white plastic whale ornament. So whimsical! LOVE IT! RECOMMEND

I bought this Nov 2025. I just put it on a shelf with moderate sun and watched it grow. It is currently July 2026. It has outgrown its little jar but it’s alive!! Such a great little gift.

It was exactly as described! I've had it for a couple months now and it's growing great!!! It is now almost touching the top of the jar and is almost ready to be planted. Perfect for a desk or as a table top piece. Adorable, and easy to watch grow as the gel is clear, so you can watch the root system expand! Love it.

The plant is covered in mold, although the bottles seal remains unopened. As cute as it is, the little plant will not survive and it's a very disappointing product to enjoy it for a week or so and then it suddenly be strangled by fungi. I wont be able to save the plant, and I'm not really looking for a mold pet atm. Would be more understandable had it not been advertised as, well, a non maintenance situation. Had it been open to the elements I could at least blame myself.

UPDATED: Very excited! It's very healthy, has alot of new growth. I've had nothing but mold problems in the past with this type of plan in a jar deals. Not this one specifically. So far absolutely NO mold! Cant wait to watch this lil guy grow! UPDATE!: NOOOOOOOOOOOOO Why mold! Why!!!!!! Ahhhhh! I got 2 more of these little bottle sundews and AGAIN! They've molded and died. This time I even tried to rescue the sundews and took them out, cleaned the mold off them, replanted. Same thing. Mold was right back on the poor sundews within days. I give up on these bottled plants. Makes me so sad. I see so many people successfully grow them to their full potential except me. Mine always mold and now I have 2 more bottles to add to my bottles plant graveyard bottle collection :(

This is so cute! It is small, which makes it even cuter. The little plant in the center looks very healthy. The gel that the plant grows in holds everything in place. It was packaged well and arrived in good condition. There is a small card with care instructions included which was helpful. It is going to be a very cute stocking stuffer!

Mine came in looking great and grew so fast! He was taking up the whole little jar within 3 months. I did leave on the plastic on the top although it said to take it off because I thought it could potentially help it stay more sealed against the mold problems people were having. Got this April 7th and just transplanted him a couple days ago.

The plant was nice but no fish and sparkles I was a bit disappointed
