Q: Does this help change the color of your nail to its natural color?

No. What the ointment does is kill the fungus so that it doesn't continue spreading. It does not "heal" the nail or make it look healthy again; only natural regrowth does that and it's not a short process, unless your toenails naturally grow quite fast. The ointment works but you have to follow the directions, which include washing your feet twice a day and applying the ointment twice a day. I also use an antifungal powder before putting on socks. It's cleared up all my toenails except for one, but there's healthy nail growing in and it's about 85% better.

Q: If this product doesn't work for nails, what is it for?

Kills fungus on the surface of your skin (all areas). It is very difficult to get any form of treatment to cure nails effected by fungus. I use this product on my daughter who gets fungal rashes behind her knees and in her elbow creases, as well as on her toes & toe nails. One method that helps a great deal with nails is to file (or use very fine grit sand paper) on the top of the nails prior to treatment. This allows product to absorb some into the nail. However getting to the nail bed, where the fungus grows, is really difficult.

Q: I just bought FUNGI * NAIL Toe & Foot ointment with the brush. Not understanding how to use, I popped the brush/cap off/can't get back on. Help!

I could not figure out how to use it either, so I also popped the brush/cap off too and I use the product with a Q-tip. I use it on toenail fungus, and I do NOT double dip the Q-tip back into the tube. Actually, I prefer to use it this way because with this method, I am always using a clean applicator. I have tried several competitor's products because it takes a long time to eradicate fungus under the toenail. I like this product the best because it works, and it is a gel which is easier to apply and it stays put, and it is odorless.

Q: What if someone has more then one infected nail should they wait for one to heal or can they apply to all?

You can apply it to all the infected nails.
