I like the flavor (it's as good as any other flavored/spiced tea out there).As another reviewer said, it seems to suppress the appetite slightly, which is good for me as I am somewhat prone to between-meal-munching. I have it either after lunch or before dinner. As far as any anti cancer protection, it is still too early for me to tell, but I like the product thus far.

My boyfriend ordered this 3 pack for me several months ago. I have a cup of this tea each night in the evening and it has a mild taste. I was running low so I ordered another 3 pack. When this new batch arrived I noticed a difference instantly. The color of the tea bags was darker, like they were stained or very old. The actual tea itself has a peppery taste almost bitter. If this was the first time I ordered I would never order again. Now I have to find another brand. Very sad.

It's a must have in every house. The benefits and anti cancer properties are amazing!!
