Anbesol works great to stop pain immediately. The throbbing pain I was experiencing was soothed within seconds of applying it inside my aching mouth. It was very gentle on the inside of my mouth and the pain was gone. The pain was numbed within seconds and it was very effective. The seller had it to me within 2 days of my ordering. The lidocaine and a lot of flossing and piicking numbed and stopped the pain of a seed in my "deep pocket" gums, so I could sleep.
