These worked very well for my embroidery threads. They are made of very hard plastic and are actually quite strong. The slits hold the ends nicely if you tuck it under at the previous loops at the end of wrapping. Perfect size for most sewing boxes. Great amount. I had about 20 cards left over and included a photo for your reference in case you are wondering how many you might need. For me, the amount was perfect. I was able to organize my color selection very easily. It took me about two or three movies of wrapping and I had it done! It was actually quite enjoyable and went much faster than I thought. Now my colors are all organized and will not tangle when I work on a project. This product was a very useful purchase and I will probably purchase more in the future. Happy sewing!

I love these. I use these to hold washi tape to make it portable. I attached a ring to my pencil case and each month in my journal I have a color for whatever theme I’m doing. I might have 3-5 colors a month. I can put some washi on a bobbin and have it when I need it. I can also share my washi with others using these. I love them.

These are alright. The slits in the top to hook your thread through are too thick so even six strange of embroidery floss will slide out rather than staying in place. Every time I pick one of these up they’ve started to unravel already even just sitting in a case.

The bobbins are rough. Manufacturing plastic nubs are on about 1/4 of them. You can scrape them off and I have done so. They are usable with some work, but not completely smooth. It is bothersome for me to return them, so I will keep. Otherwise they did arrive quickly.

I had to use pliers and clean off excess tags of plastic on almost every single one, you cant leave them because it will damage the thread or make it impossible to wind.Tiny, no real room to label your thread and that is a MUST and it takes forever to wind them because of the small size.You get what you pay for, I'll use these up but I plan on replacing them in the future and I dont recommend these.

This product is ok if you plan to hand wind. I bought the DMC floss winder along with these planning to organize my threads. But these do not work with the DMC floss winder as the holes do not match up. I will not buy again. Will only buy DMC product next time.

Our 11 year old daughter saved her money and bought these. She organized her bracelet thread with these and loves them.

Exactly wwhat I needed and hoped for. Probably all I will ever need, along with what I had. Vamee with DMC number stickers, which was a nice surprise.
