Size Name:Box 10Uds / 1gr Our saffron is obtained from our own farms, processed organically and manually harvested only when the crocus is at its best quality, labelled with our brand and so, it is different from other saffrons in the market because of its physical origin and the materials used in its production. Although there is not a proper certificate for saffron in Navarre, the quality of our product is assured by its gastronomical proof (taste, smell and pigmentation certify it) and by the soil and human and material ressources used in its productive process. Our saffron is organic as shown by the Organic Producer and Processor seals that we have been granted. Both seals are regulated by the CPAEN(Council of Ecological Agricultural Production of Navarra). We have also been admited in the select club Reyno Gourmet of Navarra and so, our saffron is included among the most outstanding products from Navarra. We, of course, guarantee the traditional and artisanal process of growing and collecting our organic saffron, product from Spain.
