This is my third one
I know the title seem bad but I would like to say i brought my first one in 2019 and i still have it. It is amazing I can use my phone and charge it at the same time. When the power bank is fully charged it can charge my phone 3 to 4 time, 0 to 100%.The second time I brought it. I brought as a Christmas gift for my friend. I am a little disappointed by the size because I liked that the power bank covered my whole phone. Now the third will be now because I want to keep one at my house and another one at work.So yes one of the best power bank out there but the solar panel doesn't work that good. Either way for 30 dollars this power bank is amazing.

It's working well
I love being able to charge my phone while camping. My phone only charges to about 70% using this device, but that's plenty while camping.

No exactly as expected
I thought I was purchasing a solar cellphone charger. It is not, it is a battery bank. You are expected to charge it from the electrical outlet. The solar cell is just of case of emergency that you must rely on solar light to charge it. I tried to charge it only with solar light and after 6 hours in the sun it achieve 70% of charge. This is not what I wanted. I want a solar cellphone charger.

I wanted a solar recharging unit for travel and emergency power with high capacity like 20,000mAh
Although it seems to be working fine now that it has a full charge, I was disappointed with the instructions that are included with the unit. I had to figure out for myself that my cell phone charger would charge the Sozo Solar Charger to full capacity and that plugging in the unit to charge my cell phone only works if I switch the Sozo on instead of just plug in the cell phone. I also had the unit in full sunlight for two days and it never reached a full charge, again because it has to be switched on to take a charge, in spite of the green charging light coming on indicating that it is charging. Including more complete instructions would take the trial and error phase out of using it and make the experience more pleasant, then I could give the product a five-star rating, I believe.

Awesome!
Box arrived today and that's pretty much it. No manual, no cord to power it up other than solar. Luckily I had a cord to power it up. Problem is that it's been plugged in and charging for 6 hours and it still indicates 75%. Hopefully quality control in manufacturing isnt like quality control in packaging and shipping.*******************************UPDATE********************************Emailed the company and talked to them about the issues. They immediately sent out new stuff and because it seemed like this unit might have issues they replaced the entire thing. Everything to include the replacement showed up faster than stuff I ordered days before this, so kudo's to the Customer Service Team here. This is what will make this company successful. Thanks and the new one works great. Love this thing!

Meh
It’s alright. Takes a while to charge and it doesn’t charge as much as it says. I used it for some backpacking LEDS and used them for like 5 hours and the battery was 75% depleted. I don’t think it’ll charge an iPhone more than once. The light that is on the pack is also not as strong as is advertised. I wouldn’t buy this again, but I’m not entirely mad at myself for buying it.

Adventure's battery pack
This thing is rugged. It has a hard plastic shell. It's 7" x 3.75" x 1.25" and weighs over 1 lb, it's longer and wider then a Galaxy S9+. You are not going to carry it in your pocket. Qi technology, solar charging and weather resistant housing is what attracted me to it.My first concern are the fabric loop seems like it could be flimsy, I wish the hang loop was part of the plastic casing (I use a Nite Ize Gear Tie to anchor it to my pack). The second concern I have is that the plastic housing, while rugged, is very smooth. I wish the casing was rubberized to give some traction when setting down your phone or if there was an elastic strap to hold the phone in place.Regardless, I will be keeping this, it's what I needed.
