Started turning after the first use and letters disappeared.

Charm turn colors and started peeling within a month and a 1/2 spirits

This piece is beautiful, but it tarnished beyond repair in 2 months. I wasn't expecting that.

The charms is beautiful. I just received it and it looks great and fits perfectly in my pandora bracelet. The negative is that you can’t read the inscription on the back at all. After several months it turned pick and is no longer silver

The product is nothing like the picture. The cross on the charm suppose to be gold but it looks like it’s painted yellow. The picture shows the heart with the words hanging from two loops but the actual product I receive has three loops.

It's beautiful and I have already gotten compliments on it; even from the Pandora lady. :-)
