To be clear: I bought the DECAF TIGER SPICE CHAI... I know it looks like Amazon is combining reviews from the different varieties on these, I can't speak for the others. This had a really great spiced Chai flavor that I was looking for. You can taste a lot of the classic spices quite clearly, unlike some of the other similar Chai powder products I've tried. This is SPICED, which is why I like it, many others are just vanilla and don't have much kick where as this as a little Kick. That said I would not fear it knocking you back if you're spice sensitive. (Nor would I say to expect it to make those who like spice sweat a lot) While the product is easy to use, the mixing could go better. Stirring with a spoon or shaking my (tightly sealed contigo) coffee cup does an ok job, but I'm often left with some residue that didn't perfectly mix in there. I take that as part for the course with products like this though. The big reason I like this: It seems to really be DECAF... which is hard to find for a spiced version it seems. As a caffeine sensitive person, I didn't feel anything to make me question that. I can't speak to the exact health ingredients questions (I saw a lot of comments/questions about that), and I'm sure if you're trying to be perfectionist there you'll find a problem much like 99% of other products on Amazon. But that said I do tend a little above average in health, and haven't found a reason yet to object to this as a "treat".

Tasty... without caffeine! Love it! Easy to make. Great Chai taste..quality for your money.

I love the flavor of this tea and its very convenient to make. However, the lid does not fit tight. After removing the inner lid I need to be very careful where I store the container.

My favorite of all chia teas. Try it if you want a great drink.

I have tried so many chai mixes and concentrates over the years, both premade and ones I've made myself. This is my favorite, and I consider it comparable to a good chai from a coffee shop. It doesn't have the sickly sweet flavor that seems to be common in concentrates, but it's definitely sweet enough. I make it with water, but occasionally I add a splash of milk. The best part is that it's decaf, so I can have it in the afternoon or evening if I want.

I've been a Chai lover for quite a while. I've tried many brands, and had Chai at various cafes but this is undoubtedly my favorite ever! So spicey, and smooth at the same time. I absolutely love that it comes in a decaf version. I'm not supposed to have caffeine, and that can make it hard to find as many options as caffeinated people have. Love! Definitely going to reorder!

I love this chai it tastes great and it allows me to make a dirty chai at home which saves me soooo much money! However this time they sent it it arrived without a lid….. it is sealed but no lid in the box or anything. Amazon gave me a refund, but I’m really not sure how I am supposed to use this product without a lid.

This has been my favorite morning drink because it is decaf and I can't do caffieine and it doesn't have a lot of the harmful ingredients in it that other chais do. But the price is ridiculous right now, it has doubled in price and I just can't pay that. So I am done purchasing it based on price alone and if it ever comes back down into the reasonable realm again, I will be back.

Want to know what it tastes like? Powdered sugar where someone accidentally dropped a few crumbs of spices in it, definitely not a chai flavour.

We have been buying the regular for years and love the fact that we can now get decaf! Great flavour and nice alternative to other hot drinks.
