Following the directions, the drain opener works well on organic clogs. Usually one or two applications are all that is needed. The tub drain clogs with hair. This takes care of it in 15 minutes (one application). Sometimes two applications are needed.

I had a stubbornly slow drain in my guest bath tub. One application of this product, used as directed, cleared the drain.

I ordered these are a couple of different clogs. It worked quickly and effectively.

I wound up buying this because the majority of the reviews were positive. I followed the instructions to the letter. 10 minutes later, sink still clogged. 10 hours later sink still clogged. I repeated the process, 4 times over the next 2 days. Sink never drained once. Oh, and to top it off, it corroded the brass plating off of the drain in the sink. Don’t waste your money.

This product clears the drain almost every time. A hint: the instruction say to pour 16 ounces down the drain. That’s fine if the clog is in the P trap but if it’s further down more product is needed. I usually pour 32+ ounces down to get the deep clogs. I wait an hour and rinse with hot water.
