Warm and comfy
I can't speak to the longevity of these pants, or how they stand up to the washing machine, since I've only had them for two days.I'm 5'1" and in the general vicinity of 150 pounds (I have a policy of never weighing myself so I don't know for sure), and the large fits well. They're too long, but it's not a problem the same way it is with jeans. I just bunch them a little around the ankle or pull them down over my heel; they'd probably fit someone five or six inches taller at least. They're also stretchy enough that a ten pound weight deviation probably wouldn't be a big deal. The waistband isn't too tight and doesn't roll, and the pants don't give me camel toe, which is impressive because a lot of pants do.And they're super comfy. They're like a cross between yoga pants and fleece pajama pants in terms of comfiness. The outside texture is kind of a cross between thin, elasticized sweatshirt fabric and jersey knit. Really, really comfy. Basically like wearing pajamas all day. They're definitely warmer than jeans or yoga pants. I haven't worn them under other pants yet, but that's because I haven't had to. Walking around my college campus (about ten minutes outside at a time) in 6-24 degree temperatures (Fahrenheit) in these isn't a problem. You can feel the cold, but not to a particularly uncomfortable degree. I don't get too warm when I'm inside though. On wearing these as pants by themselves:I normally hate when people treat leggings as pants. But these are very opaque and much thicker than my yoga pants, and if you wear the kind of underwear with the flat seams you won't have panty lines. I'd definitely wear them with boots so it's not so obvious that they're leggings, and with a longer shirt because they're not particularly flattering around the hip and stomach area, at least on me.But all in all, well worth the ~$20. Buy these pants! Your legs will be warm and happy!

Exactly like the picture shows!
These Duofold Women's Heavy Weight Double Layer Thermal Leggings look exactly like the picture. They fit comfortably, are high rise and long enough, but not as long as I hoped they would be, but they are usual legging length. I am not sure if it shows here but the brand is Champion and when I receive it was rolled up in a box and the price showed $44, I purchased it for $24, good deal! These leggings are super warm, really good for the winter, to wear with a tunic or a dress. Seeing that it is high rise it wouldn’t look good with just a shirt., but you can try anyways. After reading the reviews I was debating whether to buy Medium or Large, I am usually a Medium, one review showed their height and weight and said they purchased a medium only because small was not in stock. They also said size medium was way too tight.. Maybe your size is large then?! Anyways, I am 5’ 8 and around 138, I purchased my usually size which is a Medium and the leggings are perfect! Not too tight, but snug and comfy. So unless you want some baggy leggings, DO NOT go up a size. Please read all the description and measurements very carefully before buying an item, so that you will not be unhappy later. I am very happy with this purchase, it met my needs very well. The packaging was good and delivery quick. I also am amazed I could find such good leggings for such a good price, usually these kind are $40-$50 atleast. I would definitely recommend this item to anyone Great buy! No regrets! Super comfy fit :)

Surprisingly warm
So when I first got these my first impressions were 1. these aren't going to keep me warm and 2. I should have gotten the next smaller size. Today I wore them out on a 40 degree day with significant wind (gusts to 50 mph). And I have to retract my first point. As soon as I put these on in the house, I realized I was getting quite hot. So I wore only these on my lower body for my 5 mile run. And they kept me warm and did a better job of blocking the wind than the Under Armour 2.0 baselayer + jacket I wore on my upper body. I don't know how - they are not thick or lined. But they work. Now, they are a bit large. I was right between a large and a medium in size, so I ordered up. They still work just fine because of the drawstring waist. And when it gets colder, I'll be able to layer snugger, compression leggings underneath them. So it all worked out. Could I wear a medium? Probably and they would probably fit more as designed. But I'm fine with having them a bit lose for the purposes of layering. They are soft and comfortable. They did pill a bit where my knee brace rubs, but so do most other leggings and sweats. All in all, quite happy with them.

If you have a coke bottle figure/larger butt, according to your proportions...
I would have given these thermals 5 stars, for the warmth, the thickness, overall quality, and the way they fit my body. If you wear a 29+ in pants, I suggest buying a Large. I bought a Medium &had to return it.I decided to give them 4 stars because I am 5' 1" &135 lbs of evenly distributed muscles (&a lot of it in my glutes/thighs). My waist is 23" but I wear a size 29-30" which is a 4-6 in pants &usually a Medium in leggings. My legs fit into a 0-2 but once the pants hit where my butt begins, they don't go further. If a pencil skirt stretches well, I tend to be a size 2. I saw reviews about ordering a size larger, but I decided to go with a Medium which is what I usually buy for my leggings/hosiery. &Honestly, it's a little short in the legs, even for me, but that's also because my butt pulls it down a lot which makes the front part of the waist area come up.I like my leggings fitted, but not to the point where it feels like my butt is being suffocated. I'm guessing these being so thick contributes to the constricting.

Muy calientito
Lo utilice para clima muy frii, Islandia en octubre, y funcionó de maravilla, sólo me puse unos jeans encima y estuve abrigada todo el día y la noche. No era estorbosos y se puede guardar fácilmente.

I purchased these pants for myself and I am a man. They have a good length as I am 6 feet 5 inches tall. I got the size that I normally get for leggings and I did not go one size larger as suggested in the comments. They fit perfectly. They keep me warm while I enjoy being outside in cold weather. If you are expecting them to keep you warm in minus 20 degree celsius then these are not for you. I find that mens legging are too short but womens are just the right length.
