Great price for blade
Great product. Made well and looks good. My son in law loved this blade for his birthday. He goes camping a lot. We recommend this seller.

Fantastic knife!
I could not be happier with this knife! It is one of the best knives I've ever purchased, and well worth the priced. The blade itself is a beautiful Damascus pattern and very sharp, I mean very sharp! It has had no problems at all in the cutting and slicing tests I've done so far. The handle is hand crafted wood and feels as if it were made uniquely for my hand. The handle shape is perfect as in it will stay in place no matter how you are using the blade, plus the finish on the wood feels like silk. The blade is well crafted, very strong. The design and functionality of this knife is incredible. This knife has become my daily carry blade. It is easy to tell this was handmade because of the slight imperfections , such as one side of the guard is not exactly the same as the other or the lines of the bevel are very slightly off, but that is what makes this knife a thing of beauty. Even the sheath itself is great. Everything about this knife shows the time and care and dedication that was put into this knife. I will be purchasing at least 3 more blades from Bigcat Roars Knives very soon, probably more but have to pace myself lol. In conclusion I highly recommend this knife and this company, and urge you if you are a knife enthusiast or just need a great knife, to give them a shot. Thanks. Sorry so long but I really love this knife

Amazing Quality
Great Knife, robust, nice design, heavy duty material and overall useful. Cannot complain about anything. May need to oil it from time to time to keep it fresh and rust free, but that is about it.

A feast for the eyes.
This is my second Bigcat Roar knife in a week . I can't say enough of how it was package up like a tank . Came sharp enough to do damage zero burrs to strop, no dings or scratches on the handle or blade. Now to performance it did every thing I ask it to do but in most cases I never baton with a knife this small in fact I have never baton in the field in my opinion that's what hatchets are for . It shaves those feather every one is so impressed with like a feather machine. You can shave out tent stacks in a heart beat. I notched out 6 graduating pot sticks 4 notches each and finish a spoon I had started . I have only had this a short time now 4 hours with the knife in hand there is one thing it was not meant as a carving knife it can be done but needs practice if your looking for a carver this is not the knife for you unless you are experienced. I can tell you one of the most important things is there were zero hot spots with this handle it feel and works like it looks just smooth and very comfortable . the sheath it works it has all the flaws of low end sheaths .All though it is nicer than many out there and is very decorative . I has a fatal flaw the pocket is shallower than the knife is long and over time since the knife tip is hitting the bottom of the sheath every time it is used, it will cut through the bottom over time . There is also a line of stitching running across the pocket of the sheath to hold down the belt flap the stitching is just sitting there waiting to get snagged and cut buy the tip of the knife . But this will not be the end of the sheath the side stitching and glue will hold it together . Now as to the handle remaining on the knife since it is a rat tailed handle only time will tell the tang is deep goes all the way back to the last pin so says the magnet. Even with some flaws, It's a great knife now we will see how long it last . There is one more thing after spending more time yesterday this Harpoon blade shape in my opinion is good for one thing self defence not Bush Crafting it cuts it is most pointy good for making holes ,but for all around out door us there are better choices out there. But I still love it, it will get worked out this winter and next summer along with the Kukri.

Absolutely beautiful work of art solid as a rock
What I like about this knife I don't think there's enough room for me to say all the things I like about this knife. The darn thing is a work of art it is beautiful it is extremely well made. I am looking forward to seeing how well it wears over time The sheath is impressive and quite beautiful. But the knife itself is amazing I own buck knives I own Gerber knives let us just say I am a knife connoisseur I remember when old timer were all made from carbon steel and the blades would naturally blacken over time. I own world war II and world war I edition Swiss army knives that still hold the remarkable edge to this day. I've read some of the other negative reviews of this knife. and I am here to tell you that some of them are flat out lies. The one that says that the certificate of authenticity is misspelled I posted an image of it I dare you to find a misspelling in it lol there are no imperfections in this knife and if there are I wasn't able to detect them however I am very much looking forward to seeing how this knife wears over time. This thing is a work of art I would absolutely gift this to a friend or a relative with pride. So far I have found nothing negative to say about this but I will update the post in a year or so to let you know. I will say that this is not full tang however it is not advertised as such. So far the handle and the hilt seem to be of excellent quality and the Damascus steel was maintained throughout the hilt As I've said three or four times already this thing is a work of art and I am really looking forward to seeing how she wears overtime.

Wont go camping without it
I recently got my hands on the MMA 8-inch Custom Handmade Damascus Knife, and it’s been an absolute standout in my gear collection. The size is perfect—large enough to handle serious tasks like chopping and slicing, but still compact enough to carry comfortably on hikes or camping trips. The build quality is exceptional; the Damascus steel not only looks stunning with its unique patterning, but it also feels incredibly solid and well-balanced in hand. Comfort-wise, the handle is smooth yet grippy, shaped to fit naturally in your palm, which makes long use easy without fatigue. Functionally, it’s versatile and dependable—I’ve used it for everything from food prep to carving wood, and it hasn’t let me down. The blade sharpness is impressive too; it came razor-sharp out of the box and has held its edge through repeated use with minimal maintenance. If you're looking for a knife that combines craftsmanship, performance, and comfort, this one’s a winner.

Love this knife, little disappointed with handle
Likes: knifes blade shape and look, basic handle shape is good for "typical" holding, super sharp. Proud of the purchase and am excited to use it for hunting! Dislikes: I got it, removed the large amount of preservation on the knife, and cleaned it it so it wasn't so oily. 1.5 months after it has been delivered (two weeks after Amazon return policy) the wood handle has what appears to be a crack that wasn't there when it was delivered. It almost looks like the wood dried and cracked a bit. Not the end of the world but a bummer after owning it for 6 weeks with no use and washed only once. :( I have placed a feedback request on the BigCat website but no response yet (1 week so far) I am hoping for a solution so I don't have a crack that continues to grow larger. Other then that, the handle feel is a bit weird for some atypical holding for actions such as gutting cutting upward (not the best feel but only the sharper pointed wood feature, maybe better if it was a bit rounded/smoother). Going to work with the design this next hunting season to really understand the feel better with more application use. Neutral: it appears that moisture with put rust on your blade really quickly. No complaints as I get it and don't do that typically but I have noticed brown rust coloring just being wet for just a few minutes on the countertop. I am all over this, but be aware. I have tried to sharpen yet.
