Erm,not really,its not thick enough? It just dilutes into the coffee once you pour it in? Similar to consistency to milk really!! So its a great idea you have,dont think it would work for what you want. It does taste lush tho,creamy n sweet. Hope this helps.

Do these need to be stored in the fridge or just in the cupboard.

Can be stored in the fridge but not necessary as I don’t. And in America these are on the breakfast bars in containers so not stored in refrigerators
