Very easy to use and I received it quickly.

The three stars is because the last batch of strips were damaged because of heat. Just got too hot in the mailbox for them. So, on the day I had my chol tested in a lab, the reading was 133 while testing with these strips gave me readings of 256 and 244. The time difference with an hour and a half, Didn't even eat between the two tests. So, I am blaming it on the strips overheating in the mail and then my mailbox.

Every strip reads "lo" have used this product forever but to spend $25.00 and have the package be useless is a waste. How can i get a replacement?
