I was skeptical of this as I have not tried products like this before, I am now so glad I gave it a try, after only a few days of taking it I feel wonderful. It does not affect the diet I'm on, I took two per day and I can start feeling my system getting cleaner, it's quite effective for keeping bowel movements regular as well. I'll use for a longer time and see how it goes, but so far it's been great!

These are very easy to swallow so they were great for me because I have trouble swallowing pills in general. They didn't taste which was also good. They're definetely worth the money and I would buy them again.

This probiotic made me feel on edge and restless all night. With stomach discomfort in the morning.I think it's hard to find the right combination of probiotics for each individual needs.

I should have read the label before purchasing. As it was having no effect, I checked the label and found the B Vitamins are artifical. Nature's Secret and Garden of Lide Women's probiotic works so well, they have more of the key bacteria.

I took 2x boxes of these over 2 months and my IBS problem went away. No gut problems ever again. Highly recommend and very affordable.

Really good kick start for the new year diet, the capsules are a bit big but you can break it down so you’re not having to swallow it. Easy to follow instructions. Would recommend.
