I bought these because I had some mild tendonitis in my wrist after my son was born. These gave me a ton of support without restricting my movement. 2 years later, and I won’t workout without them. I love the support they give while also allowing my normal range of motion. They are Velcro and nylon so really easy to adjust if you need more or less support depending on the exercise. I will say, make sure you wash them often because they hold sweat and start to stink. After about year or so, I have noticed the Velcro does lose its “stickiness”. But at the low price compared to other products and the comfort, I’m be willing to just replace them time after time (and I have!).

I work in a warehouse and after a while my wrists started hurting so I bought these for support. Straight out the package I noticed one wrist braces had a small cut near the thumb part but it didn't cause any issues if anything it made it more comfortable on the thumb.So far they do help . Not too tight so I can still move my wrist around. If you sweat a lot you have to leave these out to dry and wash them otherwise they will start to smell bad. Easy to put on and easy to adjust if it feels loose or tight. I have small hands so the thumb part fits me decent but if you have big hands it might be a bit uncomfortable/kinda tight for a while. These started stretching a bit so I might need to buy new ones down the line but overall it is not a bad purchase for the price. Helped with wrist pain and provides adequate support. Bands are comfortable, easy to put on, provide support and appear to be well built and for the price I would recommend.

I'm not going to give a full review yet as im not sure how i like the wrist braces. You can wrap your wrists 2 ways one for support and another for no movement. Im not weight lifting with mine. I bought them for my wrist support and to stabilize my wrist from pain. Watch and don't over do how tight you put them are you could cut off the blood flow very easy. I also right a ebike and my palms hurt after 15 minutes riding and right now they seem to help with that pain as well. I'd say good deal for the price .

I got this wrist brace before my surgery to help manage pain during my workday, and it made a big difference. The compression feels just right—firm enough to provide support but not so tight that it becomes uncomfortable. I like that I can easily adjust the strap to make it tighter or looser depending on how much support I need.Even after years of use, it has held up incredibly well. The material hasn’t stretched out, and the velcro still sticks just as securely as when I first got it. Now, I use it for weightlifting at the gym to protect my wrist, and it gives me the stability I need without restricting movement. It wont give you support to lift heavier weights as weight straps do but it's more to protect a wrist.This isn’t a rigid brace, so it won’t immobilize the wrist, but that’s exactly what I wanted—support without feeling locked in. Whether I was dealing with pain or now just using it as a preventative measure, it has been a solid, reliable piece of gear that I’m glad I bought.

There are many wrist bands out there. This one does not have a bar to keep your wrist in place but rather, the tighter you pull the strap and secure it with the velcro the more firm the hold will be. For those that prefer the stern hold on your wrist, this is for you.However be aware - it takes some getting use to and will feel strange at first, after a few wears you will get use to it. For me, I couldn’t wear it a long time the tightness was too strong and loosening the Velcro made it fall off.It’s good to wear for a certain amount of time daily for your wrist pain. The price is much better than other products, as you get 2 bands.
