Pathetic product
Received the band 5 min ago. The top cover of the band came off even while unpacking. The user guide is not provided nor is there a link for the IOS app or Android. Cheap Chines stuff. It’s supposed to be 50 M swim proof! How? With the cover coming off in unpacking.

Budget friendly you can't expect mi band 3 or apple series 3 watch quality in just 500 bucks
At this rate it's a good product but the band is too tight when you take the device out it can be open. So you have to take carefully device out and vice versa and the last battery backup is not that good

ON EXPIRY OF RETURN / REFUND POLICY OF 10 DAYS...GUESS, CAN NOT DO ANYTHING WITH IT....IF THE SELLER HAS ANY REPUTATION AND ETHICAL VALUE, THEY SHOULD EITHER REPLACE THE ITEM WITH A NEW ONE OR INITIATE AND RETURN THE MONEY AS REFUND AGAINST THE SAID PATHETIC PRODUCT......VERY DISAPPOINTING......
