Great book not just to have some recipes for a diabetic person but to learn how to control manage and treat your diabetes. Muy buena informacion no solo para tener recetas para diabeticos sino tambien para saber como controlar, manejar y tratamientos para tu diabetes.

I love how it shows where the plates are from, a very nice addition to the library of someone suffering from diabetes! My grandmother loved it, since shes always looking for something new to eat that is healthy.

The fact that there are no pictures of the recipes and too much diabetes related information makes it just ok. It could have been much better.
