Gonge Hilltops - The Original Non-Slip Stepping Stones for Kids - Balance, Coordination, Motor Skills - Primary Colors - Set of 5

I have been wanting to buy these for a few years, and I am so mad at myself for not buying sooner!This has been the gift of the year for my children. They have played nearly 24/7 since receiving these (as well as the original river stones). My 6 year old has special needs, while my 4 year old has “normal” needs. Both love and enjoy these stones. Their cousin who is 14 and weighs about 140, can get on these and has enjoyed playing floor is lava. Big hit, and I doubt they will lose interest anytime soon.Ps - I chose these over a few other cheaper brands as they have a full grip on the bottom, and it has held. There has been no slippage with these, and that to me is worth the extra money.

Every year for Easter we invest in one bigger family fun purchase. This year we chose this but ended up giving it to the kids a month early. I did a lot of research before deciding what to get. There are knock-off brands that copy these but they are not the same!Every piece of this, including the large red hilltop, can hold a full grown adult over 200 pounds, based on our family's experience playing with it. But some do feel more uncomfortable to bigger feet if you are playing a game where you have to stand on a hilltop for a while. Like many other reviewers, I would suggest combining this with the riverstones.Pretty much the only deterrent that I can see is that although these nest inside of one another (with enough room to fit the riverstones as well), you still need to have storage space for the largest piece. And if you are purchasing it for outside, you'll have to pick it up and put it down each time, leaving them out would kill the grass or eventually cause wear on the hilltops. Oh, and because they are lightweight, my toddler can easily rearrange them which sometimes annoys the rest of us as we're hopping around playing some complicated game on them.

I gave 4 stars purely because of how expensive they are. I saw other brands that were much cheaper, but based on the reviews, decided to pay more and get these. I am glad I did. I came to visit the grandkids (they were a gift to them), and everyone likes them, even the adults. They have even been carried to other places and used for group activities. We also bought the river stones as a companion set.

I love the Gonge Hilltops! I am a Sunday School and Preschool teacher and the children are so excitI love the Gonge Hilltops! I am a grandmother, Sunday School, and Preschool teacher - all of the children I work with love the Hilltops! My granddaughter squealed when she saw them set up in the living room and spent the next hour hopping on them, rearranging them and playing stories - I also have the River Stones, and we placed blue cloths down as the river, and brown cloths as the land - it was great fun!

Got this for my 4 yo twins to improve balance and motor skills. They have lots of fun jumping from each hilltop and balancing on one leg. My adult sister also enjoys playing on it with them and it’s holding up very well. :)

Non-slip bottom makes them safer than others on the market. Gift for my granddaughter and she loves them.
