Even with that it's still a fantastic press. The build quality is great and everything ...
We use this to crush honeycomb for crush and strain honey processing. It crushes honeycomb with ease! We are making our own redesigned drip pan because honey is so thick and viscous the fruit juice spout on this press is too much of a bottleneck. But that's not a design problem. We're not using the press for what it was designed for. Even with that it's still a fantastic press. The build quality is great and everything is stainless. No powder coated paint or chrome to chip off. Nothing to rust. This press should last forever!

Strong construction, major design flaws and defects
I find it odd that so many reviewers gave this press 5 stars, but then pointed out significant flaws with it. Let me add to the list of flaws, but give it a proper rating of 2 stars. Here's why:First off, this thing is super burly and strong. But frankly, it's way overkill with the size of the metal components, and that's likely why it's so overpriced and unnecessarily heavy (there are many better presses out there with equal quality and for half the price). The pressing disc is far too small in diameter for the cylinder. This results in juice and pulp escaping up the sides (not uncommon with fruit presses, but this one is really bad). This extra space around the disc also causes frequent tearing/ripping of our mesh bags. The disc doesn't press all the way to the bottom of the cylinder, which wastes a lot of liquid, and the lack of holes near the very bottom make this problem worse. Many places on the press have not been de-burred, and if you've ever snagged a finger on a razor sharp piece of metal and bled into your product, you know how uncool this oversight is by the manufacturer. The slide out cylinder tray is a joke. The legs are too short to handle a 5 gallon bucket for collection. This is definitely considered a standard in this product niche, and the size disparity between the cylinder and the collection bucket they include is hilariously disproportionate.Lack of ability to tilt the cylinder makes reloading and cleaning a nightmare. No eye for precision or detail in the manufacturing process. Sloppy welds, leaking creases, rusted areas. It did get 2 stars instead of 1 because they were super helpful and understanding, and immediately approved my return request. They are very nice people, and this is a family owned business.Overall this was an enormous waste of money and time. (shipping took several weeks even though they were in stock) I've since returned it and replaced it with 2 units from a different brand and we have quadrupled our output. Stay away from this one.

TSM Harvest Fiesta Stainless Steel Fruit press Engineering Problems!
Problem #1, you can't put a 5 gallon bucket under it to catch juice, they were cheap with the metal and thought saving 4 inches of stainless steal was a good idea. They obviously forgot all cider or wine recipes are for a 5 gallon quantity or greater and not 2 gallons.Problem #2, the guide says to crush small amounts of pulp for mass juice extraction, but the hand or screw rod will never compress all the way to the bottom, so you lose about 2 inches of mash or juice from each press. Once again they were cheap with the metal.Problem #3, they should have drilled more holes near the bottom of the crush cylinder. Juice often does not drain out of the last 1 1/2 of the cylinder and get trapped in the mass or pulp.Problem #4, if you decide to put the device on wooden beams to raise it to catch your juice in a 5 gallon bucket, the slide rack does not touch the ground complicating the loading and juicing catching process.Spend your $1000 else where, this company makes themselves hard to contact to return the product.

Need a new bult.
I actually really love this press. But I did run into an issue with the bolt that holds the lid part that pushes down on your product that bolt bent. And I'm not sure how to get that replaced.

Nice sturdy fruit press, made in USA
This is a very sturdy, stainless steel fruit press made in the USA. But I cannot recommend the Harvest Fiesta fruit grinder is is supposed to be paired with. Buy the press, and find a better fruit grinder to use with it.
