Not for floating
This balloon is not created in a way where it floats balanced. It is very front heavy, so the ballon floats weird & doesn’t look right. So if you want this, I don’t recommend you buy it to float. Blow it up & have it stuck on the wall or display somehow other than “free-float”? Sure.
