Flavor that you need to get used to.
It’s a flavor you need to get used to. At first it’s disgusting, but when you try it the second time it’s pretty usual.I would rate flavors as:1. BBQ2. Salt3. Lime4. VinegarIt was the first time for me to try a vinegar flavor (what is wrong with ya American people? Other countries have lots of great flavored for chips as: mushroom, crab, caviar, bacon!!! Why would anybody eat vinegar flavored chips instead of bacon?!)And it’s impossible to eat. It doesn’t taste anything like but a crunchy salty vinegar.BBQ is good, but comparing to vinegar flavor is exteremely mild.

Terrible
These taste like banana chips, not plantains. You can't really taste the Acapulco Lime/Brazilian Barbecue/salt & vinegar/sea salt on the chips-- They're like the dried banana chips you would get in the bulk section in the grocery store with an unidentified sprinkling on them. There are maybe five intact chips in the bag and a bunch of broken pieces. Don't waste your money.

Not flavorful, boring
I bought these and our family was very excited to try them out but boy these are the most bland unflavorful plantain chips I have ever purchased. The picture on the bag of them makes it look like the chips have seasoning on them but when you open the bag you will find lonely yellow plantains with close to no seasoning at all. All of the flavors basically tasted the same and are not worth the money. Definitely would never purchase again.

Great For AIP
These are great if you are on AIP and want a chip that can be dipped. It's crunchy and flavorful. At first bite, it's just crunchy, but the flavors come through well. My husband and I ate the whole bag in one sitting. If you're on AIP, this is a nice way to still have chips to bring to a party. I'm ordering more to have them on hand.
