Q: Do these hangers extend to different sizes ?

No they do not physically extend you buy the size you need it comes in several lengths . I bought these in the 14 inch length for wide leg lightweight silky pants and they work as I needed them I wouldn’t buy them for heavyweight clothes. I’ve only had them for a short time so time will tell how they will last. I do like them for my intended purpose.

Q: Do the teeth inside the clips leave indentation marks on clothes? And are they sturdy overall or flimsy?

No, the clips do not leave indentations on my clothes. They are sturdy. I even hang up wet designer blue jeans to dry & they work great!
