Good soup base concentrate. Just take a couple of tablespoons, mix with some chicken broth and a can of coconut milk. It's already got the lemongrass flavor in it, so it's good for those of us who don't have access to an Asian market. Tom Kha Gai (the gai is chicken) is one of my favorite Thai soups. At least it comes with a plastic container you can use to store whatever you don't use initially.

This paste is delicious and easy to make soup with. We love Tom Kha, this is a great way to enjoy without going to a restaurant.

Delicious product makes amazing soup!

This is exactly the flavor I look for in tom kha, mild and just like the restaurants. Also easy to use and keeps for a very long time in the fridge, even after opening (just beware the messy oily bag). My only issue is I end up with a bunch of tough little fibers stuck in my gums like splinters -- it somehow makes my teeth feel sore and my gums feel poked/irritated. It doesn't happen to my husband and, looking at other reviews, it seems I'm the only one with this problem. 🥲 All that aside, highly recommend.

My daughter loves Tom Kha soup from our local Thai restaurant, this makes it so easy to make at home and it tastes great!
