Great initial reaction - having fun!
I set up the golf net yesterday after receiving it and I hit about 50 balls with my driver from about 8 ft. from the front of the net. It was easy to set up and pretty intuitive for anyone who ever set up a tent before. I'd say it took about 10 minutes to get it all together. The net was a great size and I had no concerns about missing it. My drives mostly all hit the target piece, which was very useful to have and was positioned in a good spot, which helped me judge my shot beyond just the sound. The couple of shots that missed the target and hit the net directly were not a problem and the net held up fine. I can't wait to begin practicing regularly without having to go to the driving range. Being easy to put together and take down will make that more likely. Overall, a great product from my first impression and I look forward to using it over and over. And what can you say about a lifetime warranty - perfect!

Easy to assemble? No. Well, yes after you've done it many times, but not the 1st-10th time
Don't get me wrong. This is actually a pretty good golf net. The instructions are worthless, but once you figure it out, you're about home free. The mistake I made with my last net was leaving it out in the weather. The sun destroyed the nylon through which you insert the poles (think modern two-man tent with break-down flexible poles). So now, I break down the net after each use. Takes me less than five minutes tops. I leave the poles in their nylon slips and disconnect the poles at the very top which allows them to straighten out. I then roll up the whole thing and put it in the garage. Takes less than 5 minutes to set it up. The key is to color code the pole ends with their respective receivers. The target is a great addition. It serves two functions: 1) you see direct and offline shots and 2) it absorbs the blow of the golf ball so the net behind it doesn't take a beating. It takes about 47 attempts to figure out how to get the target to stay hooked up, but once you figure it out, you're good to go. My only complaint is a small tear appeared in the bottom fabric for no reason I can find. I fixed it with two inches of duct tape on top and bottom. A similar tear appeared where the net meets the bottom material. Again, no reason that I can find. I fixed it the same with duct tape and have had no issues since. I'm pretty sure this material would succumb to the sun's rays and disintegrate but I've made that a non-issue. All in all, I get a lot of use out of it and like it.

Pleasantly surprised
I am enjoying my backyard practice sessions. I will admit, however, that it took me almost two hours to set it up. I would have liked a more step-by-step set of instructions. Part of the problem might be that I am in Az. and am using it on desert landscaping. Overall, it's strong enough to handle my driver, holds up in the wind, gives a nice bulls-eye target and collects all shots. It's been only a week in use so if it lasts, I'll be very pleased with the purchase.

Decent net at decent price for backyard. Great customer service.
A strong breeze from the back will collapse this net, as I expected. I added ropes to the point on top where the poles cross and anchored them to 14” tent stakes to solve the problem. The netting is not strong enough to take a direct hit from a driven ball, even from this 70 year old. When I first set this up and started hitting drives into it, i skulled a few and they went beneath the target and through the bottom of the netting. Hang something else behind the target like a piece of tarp or longer piece of nylon (I used an old banner) that goes down onto the floor to catch the “worm burners”. The company has refunded my purchase with a replacement order and I will use the same system on the new one when it arrives. Alternately, you could use some self stick tent repair patches to reinforce the bottom 3 or 4 inches. The target catches everything else; never hit full shots into the net without the target in place. Anyone that has set up an umbrella tent can set this up. This is still a decent practice net at a reasonable price. I should have bought one years ago.

Pretty easy to put together
Pretty easy to put together, it is similar to a tent. Pretty sturdy. I take it down when Im done using it. It folds up back into the bag fairly easily as well.

Golf net
Great practice net for the back yard. At first challenging to set up. We haven't even put up a tent before. would have been good practice for this. Well directions were a bit confusing. On the first set up the net would not stand. It would fall into itself. After re reading the instructions, found that you had to criss cross the poles in order to give it stability. People that put up tents would know this. Anyway, after we got the set up figured out it was great and works fine. Have to people available even if your wife just supports it while you insert poles.

Good net, easy setup, easy breakdown
has held up so far. easy to setup, easy to break down, appears to be decent quality netting for the price. has a high arch to handle 72 degree wedge. Big fan so far and I think it'll hold up well.
