It Works, Glad I Found It
I am in Michigan and tried the device inside during a full February sun behind a glass door and clear plastic. I used a 100 watt solar panel. I used a USB meter and the voltage was a steady 5.18 and the amps fluctuate (probably due to the solar panel) and topped off at around 2.4. I successfully charged two 4 bank AA battery chargers and a phone. To start I had a power bank charging rather than one of the battery chargers and it just needed to be topped off which it did successfully.If you try to overload the device which I did it did not harm anything I had plugged in but you will need to unplug every device and plug back in. I am happy with the product. I wanted a way to charge batteries, phones, and power banks with something more powerful than a 20 or 28 watt solar strip and this fills the bill.

It works but....
It works as advertised but I wish it came with a on off switch. Have to disconnect whenever I'm not using otherwise the built in fan will constantly run. Otherwise this is something that should have been invented earlier. A tweek or two and I think a lot more people will be using these.

Second:Great customer service. Replacement warranty. Cutting-Edge send a higher performance device without any additional cost except import duty taxes. With only a week of usage so far so good.First: Connected to a 270w solar panel and it only worked less than 30 days. It seems that it burnt out.

Perfect!
Perfect! I paired this with a foldout solar array with MC4 coming off it already and can now power my USB devices without a charge connector/battery setup. Exactly what I wanted!

Works as described
I was looking to charge my power banks via solar panel without having to hook up a charge controller and this portable device fits the bill. My only complaint is the position between the female and male connectors is quite narrow for people with stubby fingers.
