Lightweight but warm, I needed it to go under a silk shirt and it was perfect. Would work great for tall people but not necessarily heavier people, I would say not over 140-50

If I could 'give' zero stars I would have. Not the product for me, my size. The top already came with a hole in the seam, and the top was also very short and the material rolled. Material did stretch, but still did not fit my large frame very well. I need thermal underwear to not move around underneath all the other winter layers.Seller offered a refund...but I believe the material and the craftmanship is lacking.

I am 5’9”. and weigh 150 lb The large fits well. Pants and top are long enough and do not ride up. The medium might also work but I was concerned about the length. Soft and comfy. Adds a nice layer of warmth but will not keep you warm in minus temps. For me this is a plus since I can feel too warm and uncomfortable very quickly. Love this set.

The fabric, is not as soft as it looks, and it does not stretch like it shows in the picture.
