40 and above
Again, Milwaukee quality is worth the price and the style is my kind of style. These gloves are good quality and style but they aren't as warm as I'd like. I thought they would be warmer with the thinsylated style that was advertised. If it's 40 degrees or lower out, then these gloves won't be ideal for rides over 1/2 he and at speeds of 55 mph or greater. I'd buy these gloves again but not for COLD weather riding. Some folks have a difference in what is cold but if you ride then cold weather is cold weather and need warmth

Good late fall, early spring gloves
These gloves are very comfortable. Using the sizing chart listed on the page, it was easy to find the right size that fit my hands. The gloves are warm and very soft to the touch as they are made from deer leather. The only down side to this is they seem to get impressions pressed into them. Literally the tags and hooks that were part of the packaging are still presently visible on the leather cuff. Also, these are not treated for the elements so might I recommend you invest into https://www.amazon.com/Snow-Proof-Weatherproofing-Leather-Conditioner/dp/B013XS7MX8/ref=sr_1_2?crid=1SQCF33MR8DVB&dchild=1&keywords=snow+proof+leather+conditioner&qid=1611083487&sprefix=snow+proof+leather%2Caps%2C202&sr=8-2 as well. Since the leather is so soft, it actually absorbs the wax very well. When applying the snow proofer, also realize that whatever you apply it with will also soak up some of the black dye; so don't use your wife's best hand towels. The leather will be slightly tacky and have a shine to it afterwards but it beats rotting out the leather in rain or snow.Overall, I am very satisfied with these gloves for the price paid.

Good gloves, confusing quality control
First pair arrived damaged, see the first picture. There was a significant cut in the right hand glove on the pinky finger, and the cut was highlighted by what appeared to be a silver marker. Possibly some sort of quality control mark that managed to escape the factory? I sent this pair back, and waited on my replacement pair. The replacement pair arrived and I immediately noticed that they sported the "SHAF International Inc." branding, which was odd since the previous damaged pair were directly from Milwaukee leather. I don't know if that's just a reseller, but the gloves appear to be exactly the same as the previous pair, minus the damage.Overall, these are great gloves, I wear a size small, and they go about half way up my forearm, and they're flared, so tucking my sleeves in is no issue. They're lined with thinsulate, but these really aren't warm enough for winter riding, they're just too thin for that. The leather is authentic deerskin and is indeed very soft and supple, and they don't feel heavy to wear, though they don't grip your hand very well because of how the leather is stretched. This isn't so much a problem when riding, but you may find that the gloves will feel "loose" when just waking around.

Thin insulate? Thin as paper perhaps
I just received these gloves, hoping to ride off in 40-50 degree weather. NOT HAPPENING!That would be like expecting spandex to keep you warm while shoveling snow.I'm so disappointed in how THIN these gloves are. They could never ever be considered as winter gloves. Not only that, the fingers are WAY TOO LONG - unless maybe you're the Witch of the West. (she has long fingers, right?)On the bright side.... these would be fine in any season other than winter. Just figure out what you're going to do with the extra 1.5 inches of empty finger space.4.8 stars is ridiculous for gloves tailored for aliens with long fingers. Back to my search for normal gloves...

Gloves run small & plastic used inside gauntlet.
Be aware these gloves run a good size small; they’re more like women’s sizes. Don’t be fooled by the name “Milwaukee” these gloves are made over seas. Soft deer leather glove but the leather gauntlet is lined with plastic. Way to blow it; the plastic will get brittle in the cold and break up. These gloves would be great if they were true to size & they got of the plastic liner inside the gauntlets. The deer skin is great for the glove but they should have use steer hide for the gauntlet.

Good gauntlet gloves
I like these gloves because they have a large gauntlet that can go “over” my leather jacket sleeves. These gloves are made with a soft leather that forms well around hands and fingers. They feel good. Normally I wear XLarge but I decided to order XXLarge, it’s a good thing I did, the glove size runs small. The XXLarge fits very well.I don’t have any negative comments on these gloves.I’m going to order an extra pair because it’s hard to find real good gauntlet gloves

They are ok but decent for the price
I didn't buy these for "winter" riding, just chilly morning commuting to work or a early AM ride. They do slip up over the jacket sleeve, cuts the draft up the sleeve. I got xl for fat hands and they are tight on the fingers, for me is ok for controlls. Cuts the wind on the fingers, decent price.

Thermal Lining Isn't Enough for Mid-40F And Below With Wind Chill
I was hoping that these would be my winter riding gloves, but wind chill at 45F and below when riding at over 25MPH makes fingers feel slightly sore to "burning" cold. The thermal lining may help somewhat, but I have gloves that are unlined and made from thicker leather that are warmer than these, and they are my summer gloves. If the like the style of these gloves and aren't wearing them for cold weather usage or any other activity than riding, these are great gloves. I say not too great for other activities than riding because the gloves seem to be cut/formed/stitched where your hands are curled. When your hand if fully open, the stitching looks strained.

Super Handschuhe
