I finally took it out today to charge and i have charged it for 8 hours and the light is still red and it still won’t work.

Leaks even before I used it on a client. I am updating - this product is horrible! The entire contents leaked out in 3 mins and I had it sitting upright so the charging port was soaked!!! I’m so annoyed !!!

Had it since March, first time was great, then i took out the old water and refilled it with new water, and when spraying out the mist the smell was so bad. It was like i used old water that was left in there for months. It was embarrassing. What is that old smell? I wish i can return this. The mist is perfect but the smell is horrible!

I get my lashes done and this is a must have! The mist is so soothing to use anywhere you need it. Perfect for prolonging your lash extensions. It holds the charge and water for a very long time. I rarely recharge or refill. Once in awhile it gets s little clogged so opening and closing the lid a few times helps. Only use distilled water to help keep it clean and to prevent eye irritation

I purchased this product oh, about two months ago I believe. At first, it was great. It was shipped in a timely manner, the box was in tact, and the item itself was in good condition. My clients seemed to really like the way it felt on their face and its purpose of use. However, within 3 weeks the mister began dripping large water droplets on peoples faces. Uh, no. I used distilled water as instructed and yet the mechanism seemed to have clogged anyway. I purchased this because a friend referred me, but I later found out she purchased a second mister of this kind because the first one had the same issue.I can't say anything about the customer service because by the time I attempted to return it, my time had expired. No problem, that's my bad there. Luckily this item was not expensive.

Edit: The nano mister did not last. It completely stopped working within weeks - with very light use, by the way; I did not use it on many clients at all. It will no longer spray, even when plugged into the outlet.------------------------------------------------------I love my nano mister. I was a bit iffy deciding on which mister to buy as I have read reviews that some of them stopped working after a couple uses, but I didn't want to pay $50-100+ so I took a chance on this. It is actually better than I thought it would be. The less charge it has, the weaker the mist will be so you want to make sure you fully charge your mister when the spray weakens/doesn't work. I've used it several times now and it hasn't shown any signs of breaking down so that's good. (Fingers crossed since I will be using this a lot to cure lash extensions)The only "con" was that I ordered the mister in pink as the only two options at the time were white or pink. However, I received a red one. It actually looks really nice and I think I would prefer it over a pink one anyways, but if I was really set on a pink color, that would have been disappointing. It also came with a cute little organza bag with red hearts, which was perfect (it only fits the mister though).

I charged this overnight got up this morning it does not work. Followed instructions as read and NOTHING. TOTAL waste of money. It did come as ordered and looked exactly as described it just didn’t work.
