Best Sugar Substitute I’ve Tried
I use this every day in my smoothies and love it. It dissolves easily and doesn’t have that weird fake taste like most other sugar substitutes. Just a clean, sweet flavor that tastes and looks really close to real sugar. It’s zero calories and zero carbs, which is perfect if you’re watching your sugar or trying to stay low-carb. It is a little pricey, but honestly worth it. The bag is large and easily lasts me for months, even with every day use. I’d rather pay a bit more for something that actually tastes good and doesn’t mess with my stomach. Definitely a staple in my kitchen now.

Best compromise if you can’t have sugar
This is one of my favorite sugar alternatives. I use it to manage my diabetes and still have sweet foods. I like the flavor—it’s better than plain erithritol. It’s not overly sweet either and measures much like sugar. It bakes well. All low carb adapted recipes are going to be different if you omit flour and sugar but with this sweetener I don’t feel deprived.

It’s great for diabetics.
This stuff is great, looks, tastes just like white sugar. It’s so good, I have subscribed for a monthly supply.

Great Sugar Substitute, Just Needs a Bit More to Match Sweetness
I’ve been using Lakanto Monk Fruit Sweetener for a while now as part of cutting back on sugar, and overall I’m really happy with it. It has a clean, pleasant taste with none of the weird aftertaste that a lot of other sugar substitutes seem to have. It works great in coffee, baking, and even sauces. That said, I’ve noticed that it takes just a little more than a 1:1 sugar replacement to really hit the same level of sweetness—especially in baking or anything where sweetness is front and center. Not a huge issue, but something to keep in mind if you're adjusting recipes.Still, the fact that it’s zero calorie and has a low glycemic impact makes it totally worth it. I feel better using it, and I don’t miss real sugar at all. Just expect to tweak your ratios a bit for that perfect sweet spot.

So good!
Love the Lakanto golden monk fruit sugar. In coffee and tea, and especially for baking. It doesn’t spike blood sugar. And it is 1:1 for replacement in any recipe. I keep a tightly closed jar of it on my countertop and the rest in the bottom drawer of my fridge, it keeps a long time. Highly recommend!

Great sugar substitute
A great sugar substitute. I use it everyday. Not as sweet as sugar, so you use a little extra. Costs a little more than sugar, but your health is well worth it.

Excellent substitute for sugar
Monk fruit - no sugar natural sweetener. I use because I’m diabetic, but the taste is excellent and everyone should use it. The erythritol makes it extra sweet so even though it says one to one you can use a little less
