Arrived and did not open for a couple of days!! When I went to use it for the 1st time, I used it 3 times for about an hour each time. Everything was fine, On next use, nothing! Just lite lit u, no movement period. This is the 2nd TIME this has happened to me on this product. Am I just unlucky, don't know how to flip a switch or what ?? I quit, Don't like the feeling that I get when I have to send something back because I feel like i did something wrong. I will just discard the product and move on. BUT I DID want other people to purchase this with LOW expectations!!

4 month update: Still love it and will be purchasing more as stocking stuffers! ______ Okay let me just say this thing is a *beast* 😅 I got it to help with shoulder, back, and (other 🙃😉) tension after long days, and it does NOT play around. The vibration power is next level and it melts away tight muscles fast. I’ve been using it for about three months and it’s still going strong. The best part is the cord 🔌 it never dies mid session 🙌🥴 so you don’t have to stop or wait for it to charge (the WORST😩). Just plug it in and 👏🏿 enjoy 👏🏿 for 👏🏿 hours. It’s super easy to clean, comfortable to hold, and easy to move around your neck, back, legs, etc... Feels solid, strong, and really well made. After just two months of maybe a few uses during that time this Massage Wand turns the light on but emits no vibrations at all. Wish it had been used more often then it likely would have done this sooner. Either way, total waste of money Update: The seller did respond quickly and resolved the issue acceptably. Doesn’t change the defect but I wanted to ensure others knew the seller did do what they could to make it right. So that’s why I moved my 1 star to a 3 star because the product was a 1 so to the defect and, the seller was a 5 due to their quick response and resolving the issue in an acceptable way.

This is a great messager. Glad can sit and use it. It does plus in so means the batteries won't just die. Def worth it if your elderly and sit there and have a plug to plug it in.
