Happy Sleep Anti Teeth Grinding Sleep Mouth Guard

Make sure when you put this in water that the water is hot enough. First time I did it, I must not have had it hot enough and when I bit down to make the impression it seemed to do nothing. I didn't think much of it at the time. Went to sleep with it as is, woke up with worse jaw pain. After that I realized I did not mold it correctly. How it did it the second time was put 2 cups of water in a glass measuring cup, then microwaved it for 2 1/2 minutes. Put that blue handle in the guard and submerged it for roughly 30 seconds. You can watch it kinda shrink and shrivel up a bit. Then shake off the water and put it in your mouth right away. Watch how you bite down too. It holds the shape you make until you reheat it up. It "sets" really fast. I'm not even sure you have to run it under cold water to set it. I did anyways because that's what the instructions say. Doing the second round the right way made a world of difference in product function and comfort. My only complaint would be that at night having it in my mouth makes me drool a lot, it almost forces you to sleep in a slightly upright position to allow all that saliva to go the the back of your mouth instead of down your face. I also have yet to sleep an entire night with it staying in my mouth, I guess when I am sleeping I just spit it out. The thing is molded well to my teeth so I know its not just falling out. That's my problem not the products. Good thing its not flavored or anything.

The mouthpiece did not make a difference for me. My wife said I still snored. Plus I had the added benefit of not sleeping my good all night because I had an uncomfortable rubber mouthpiece in my mouth.The product came as described but had no instructions on how to mold the piece. I had to use some Google-fu to find the instructions. Boil a pot of water and using the attached hard plastic piece for holding it. Keep it in the boiling water for 30 seconds then put it in your mouth and bite down.I'll keep it for football but it's no good to me otherwise. I believe that's all it is actually. Plus from what I've read it requires a doctor to properly fit the piece so it adjusts your jaw. But one extra star for only being 10 dollars. And now I can play football without worrying about busting teeth.

Have been using this mouth guard for quite some time now. It works perfectly. No need to purchase a very expensive one from the dentist which won't be covered by dental insurance. Would def. buy again.

I bought this for two purposes - one to stop snoring, and also to help me keep my mouth closed when I sleep because otherwise my mouth gets really dry. Well the snoring part didn't; work, I managed to still snore around it. And it was so bulky and rough in my mouth that it was quite irritating and made me more uncomfortable than the dry mouth. So for me, this was a waste of money.

So far I do believe it is doing the trick . My Dentist insisted I use a mouth guard. This mouthpiece so muchcheaper than going through Dentist....and, I do believe used it will give protection needed ....

This is just not for me. I tried it a couple of times, but it is too big and too weird. Good thing is, I spent only a couple $ instead of trying the one my doctor was trying to sell me for a couple hundred.

My mouth is just too big for this mouthpiece. It will work for smaller mouths. Plus it is made entirely of the soft mold-able material, there is no hard spacer material, so the thing feels very flimsy in your mouth.

Could not close my mouth way too big. I drooled and my mouth was sore within a few minutes
