Beautiful
I traveled so didn't use for Christmas. But its stainless steel, comes with a lid and a rack which were all necessary for my needs.

Gave as a gift
I was surprised at how light weight it was for a stainless steel item, but the person I gave it to didn't seem concerned. She hasn't used it yet, so no idea on how it cooks or cleans up.

So far, so good!
We will see how this holds up. I have already used it several times and the thing I like the most about this roaster is its size. There is room for your bird or beef roast and you can also add plenty of potatos, carrots, etc.! And it has a high lid which also comes in handy.

Very cheap quality.
The walls of this are SO thin. Beware if you order this, and want to return it, you are charged 11.00. There are many better options available! This is almost as thin as aluminum foil!!
